Your workouts become battles.
Quest2Fitness is a workout RPG for iPhone. Every set you log strikes a monster, the last set of each exercise is a boss, and the companion fighting beside you levels up when you do. It is a fitness RPG with a real gym tracker underneath.
Quest2Fitness at a glance
Lift first. The game keeps score.
You train the way you already train. The app turns the numbers into a fight.
Log a set
Enter the weight and reps like you would in any tracker. That set is your attack.
The strike lands
Damage is weight times reps, so heavier sets hit harder. Beat the weight you lifted last time and the hit becomes a crit.
The boss falls
The last set of each exercise is a boss. Finish the workout and your companion levels up, and the foes you dropped leave loot behind.
Numbers from a real Lower A session in the app.
A game on top. A real tracker underneath.
It fights next to you.
Adopt a dragon, a direwolf, or a winged temple cat. It shows up for every workout, gets stronger as you do, and waits in its lair between sessions.
Every set is a strike.
Damage is weight times reps, so heavier sets hit harder. Foes are themed to the muscles you are training, and the last set of each exercise is a boss.
Progressive overload, built into the fight.
The app remembers every weight you have lifted and shows the exact 5 lb jump that turns your next set into a crit.
Loot, gear, and the forge.
Fallen foes drop weapons and armor. Equip them, forge duplicates into upgrades, and watch your companion throw your equipped weapon at whatever stands in front of it.
It adventures while you rest.
Between workouts, send your companion across hand-crafted pixel-art islands. It brings back coins for the shop, plus food and drinks to keep it fed and happy.
A home worth decorating.
Feed it, pet it, build your bond, and unlock furniture for its lair.

What is Quest2Fitness?
Quest2Fitness is a workout tracker for iPhone that plays like an RPG. You log your sets the normal way, and the app turns each set into an attack on a monster. The last set of each exercise is a boss fight, and finishing the workout levels up the companion that fights beside you.
Is there a gamified fitness app for lifting weights?
Yes. Quest2Fitness is a gamified fitness app built around strength training. It is a full lifting log with a battle system on top, so the weight and reps you enter decide how much damage you deal. It was made for people who grew up on RPGs and think normal trackers feel like spreadsheets.
How does the battle system work?
Damage equals weight times reps, so a 225 lb set of 6 hits for 1,350. If you beat the weight you lifted last time, the hit is a crit. Foes are themed to the muscles you are training, the last set of each exercise is a boss, and fallen foes drop loot you can equip.
How much does Quest2Fitness cost? Is there a subscription?
Quest2Fitness costs $6.99 once on the App Store in the United States. There is no subscription, there are no in-app purchases, and there are no ads. Every feature is included in that one price, and it supports Family Sharing for up to six people.
Is it a real workout tracker or just a game?
It is a real tracker. You get built-in routines, per-set weight and reps, a rest timer, PRs, streaks, a consistency calendar, lifetime volume, and a body-weight chart. The game sits on top of that data and exists to get you to open the app on the days you do not feel like training.
What companions can I choose?
You pick one of three: a dragon, a direwolf, or a winged temple cat. Your companion fights next to you in every workout, levels up when you finish, and lives in a lair you can decorate. Between sessions you can feed it, pet it, and send it on expeditions.
What workout routines are included?
Quest2Fitness ships with full body, upper/lower, push/pull/legs, and glute-focused routines. You can also build your own. If the equipment you need is taken, you can swap, add, remove, or reorder exercises in the middle of a workout.
How does Quest2Fitness help with progressive overload?
The app remembers every weight you have lifted and shows the exact 5 lb increase that would turn your next set into a critical hit. Beating your last session is rewarded inside the game, so adding weight over time becomes part of how you play.
Does it work offline? Do I need an account?
It works offline and you do not need an account. Your workout data is stored on your iPhone, not on our servers. The only things that leave the device are an anonymous ID and anonymous crash reports, and both are described in the privacy policy.
What is the camera weight scan?
It is a shortcut for entering weight. Point your camera at the bar and the app reads the plates so you do not have to add them up. You can always type the weight in by hand instead.
What do I need to run Quest2Fitness?
An iPhone running iOS 17 or later and about 121 MB of free space. The App Store also lists it as compatible with Macs that have an Apple M1 chip or later and with Apple Vision Pro. The app is in English.
Is Quest2Fitness good for beginners?
Yes. The built-in routines give you a plan to follow from day one, and the game gives you visible progress during the first months, when progress in the mirror is slow. Experienced lifters can build their own routines and use it as a straight tracker with a game attached.
How is it different from apps like Hevy, Strong, or Habitica?
Hevy and Strong are workout trackers, and Habitica is a habit game that is not built around lifting. Quest2Fitness combines the two ideas: it is a strength tracker where the numbers you lift drive an RPG with bosses, loot, gear, and a companion. It is sold as a one-time purchase with no subscription.
Is there a workout app like the leveling system in Solo Leveling?
Quest2Fitness is not affiliated with Solo Leveling, but it works on the same idea of leveling up through real training. Every set you log earns XP, your level and your companion grow as your lifetime volume climbs, and each workout is a quest with a boss at the end. The difference is that the numbers come from weight you actually lifted.
What data does the app collect?
Very little. Your workouts stay on your phone. The app creates a random anonymous ID through Firebase and sends anonymous crash reports if it crashes. There is no advertising, no tracking, and no selling of data. The full details are in the privacy policy.
Who makes Quest2Fitness, and how do I get support or a refund?
Quest2Fitness is made by Brownricebandit, an independent developer. For help, email nycfreshkid@gmail.com and you will hear back within a couple of days. Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
